How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to provide photography services to schools and school sports programs. Specifically, we use this data to:
Identify students and athletes for photography purposes.
Deliver photographs to schools for easy distribution.
Provide PSPA-format files to schools and districts for use in Infinite Campus and yearbooks.
Deliver photographs to parents.
Communicate with parents and students regarding school photography.
We will not collect, maintain, use, or share PII beyond what is necessary for authorized educational purposes, unless explicitly authorized by a parent or student. We do not engage in behaviorally targeted advertising.
All data collection is conducted as part of our contractual services with a school or school district. In such cases, the terms of our agreement govern the collection, use, and sharing of data, overriding any individual consent.
Data Security
All data we collect is securely stored on encrypted drives and cloud servers. Our internal systems and all programs used in our services are encrypted and protected against unauthorized access.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. The information we collect is used exclusively for our internal operations related to school and youth league photography services.
Data Retention
We retain PII, such as student and athlete names and associated photographs, for the duration of our contractual agreement with the school or school district. Once our contract concludes, we securely dispose of all PII in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Service Limitations
We provide services only to customers for whom we have valid, authorized data. We do not share or provide services to unauthorized parties.
